Julie Lombardo

Julie leads client experience and enablement for HelloData, guiding accounts from initial training through the development of internal power users so that teams adopt the platform and get the best results from it. She joined HelloData in 2024 to lead customer success and moved into her current role in 2026. Before that she spent ten years at Hireology, a Chicago-based SaaS company, joining as its first dedicated customer care specialist shortly before its Series B and rising to Vice President of Customer Success, building and scaling its customer care, implementation and success teams along the way. Julie is based in the Chicago area.
