Jovy manages client onboarding, account setup and day-to-day product support for HelloData customers. She has a background in client-facing technical support and quality management for B2B software and services. Before joining HelloData, she was a Project Manager at Zimplistic, where she supported the product lifecycle for Zimlink and improved customer service operations through data-driven feature development and process optimization. She previously spent more than two years as Quality Manager at Xtensa, working with customers to develop effective quality control processes. Jovy holds a BS in Computer Science.
