Jen Tindle

Jen Tindle is the Vice President of Strategic Insights at Grace Hill, where she shapes commercial strategy and customer-centered analytics across the company’s suite of real estate performance products. Before joining Grace Hill in June 2024, she founded CREx Software, a proptech startup focused on CRE data integration, which she exited in August 2023. Through that venture, Jen identified first-hand the need for better connectivity between CRE and tech — propelling her launch of All About CRE, a rapidly growing educational platform and weekly Substack aimed at closing that critical knowledge gap.

At the start of her career, Jen built a rigorous foundation in accounting at PwC, where she earned the prestigious Elijah Watts Sells Award for scoring among the top 39 out of 92,000 CPA candidates nationwide. She went on to join Pennybacker Capital, a private equity real estate firm, where she established and led its Data & Analytics function, further blending her financial expertise with her tech-minded drive.

Jen holds a B.A. in Accounting from Southwestern University and a Master of Accountancy from Vanderbilt University. When she’s not driving strategic insights or writing, you can find her practicing HIIT workouts or yoga, reminiscing about her days as a college athlete—and, of course, spending time with Teddy, her loyal dog companion.
