How Often Does HelloData Update its Data?

HelloData collects updated rent, availability, concessions and time on market data from over 2.6 million multifamily properties (25M+ units) across the U.S. every day. We collect data straight from the leasing pages of approximately 55,000 property websites, which is our primary source of data for properties over 50 units. If a property does not have a property website, we survey several listing sites for updated rent and availability data. Whether it's from a property website or listing site, we collect data every single day to ensure we're always tracking the most up-to-date pricing available.
